Nice and Easy

Drug education made simple and engaging

How can we talk to young people about drugs, addiction, and risky substances in a way that truly resonates? The “Nice and Easy” workshop offers a practical and effective solution.

This program is designed to educate youth about the dangers of psychoactive substances – not through fear, but through facts, interactive learning, and honest discussion.

What does the workshop include?

🔹 Introduction to addiction prevention – participants learn why it’s important to talk about substances and how knowledge can help them make safer choices.

🔹 Theory and practice combined – students explore different substances, their effects and risks. Using illustrated cards (e.g. marijuana, cocaine, heroin, LSD), they work in groups to match symptoms with substances.

🔹 “Myth or Fact?” activity – helps participants separate truth from common myths. This exercise boosts critical thinking and challenges false beliefs often found online or among peers.

🔹 Crisis planning and action – participants learn how to recognize warning signs, what to do in risky situations, and how to support someone in need.

Why does it matter?

The “Nice and Easy” workshop not only delivers reliable information – it also strengthens young people’s decision-making skills, self-awareness, and confidence. It’s an ideal prevention tool for schools, youth organizations, and educators who want to make a real impact.
